Apply to Hanover OTD
Overview
Hanover’s Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) program delivers an innovative curriculum using a hybrid format that combines online learning, fieldwork experiences, and a doctoral capstone experience and project. Students will earn a Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree, preparing them for expanded opportunities in the profession. This is an entry-level doctorate degree that allows graduates to sit for the NBCOT Examination and to apply for state licensure. The program’s flexible design makes it a great choice for traditional and nontraditional students who have demonstrated the potential to navigate the academic rigors of an accelerated OTD curriculum. The program is also a great choice for Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs), who are equipped with the hands-on skills that put them at an advantage during our program. As an OTA, you will be considered a significant applicant throughout the admissions process and be awarded special benefits.
The program offers rolling admission, so when you apply early, you get a decision early and can begin planning for the program. Because we’re committed to creating a diverse cohort of students, we encourage individuals with a variety of experience, including occupational therapy assistants and military personnel to apply. Ask us how you can apply your experience to this program.
